Exceptions

If your order meets the above criteria, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@ladybys.shop with your order number and a clear description, including photos of the wrong item(s) received.
We reserve the right to determine eligibility for a return or exchange based on the information provided.
Once eligibility is confirmed, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the incorrect item(s) at no cost to you. Once we receive the item, we'll promptly send out the correct item(s) or issue a full refund to the original form of payment.
Return Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return or exchange, all returned items must be in unused and original condition. This means:
-Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any odors (such as perfume, smoke, or pets).
-No deodorant, makeup, or other stains.
-Original packaging must be intact and included.
